I just switched to PMPro from Membership 2 by WPMU and none of the content that “requires membership” and I can see them completely logged out, on an incog window, and even having other people be able to see it when they’ve never had a membership.

    Please help!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi there,

There is going to be some setup to Paid Memberships Pro, like setting up the levels and payment gateway, etc. If you’ve done all that, then it could be your theme. If you are using a theme that requires a page builder, you may need to adjust the priority of the wp_content filter to ensure that PMPro filters the content after the page builder.

I’ve set up the levels and payments, however, they are still viewable from the outside.

Looking into the theme, which is OceanWP, and I’m not seeing anything that you are talking about with it or Elementor, which isn’t required with OceanWP but I use to help speed up the design process.

    Thanks for the feedback @nlmosler.

Please can you follow this guide, it should solve your issue – https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/filter-members-only-content-later-for-page-builders-and/

The most common issue with this is that page builders often load the content after Paid Memberships Pro runs the restriction checks which overwrites the restrictions.

Please let me know if this helps ??
