I am using X theme by ThemeCo and there is a javascript error originating from Stripe. Because of this, whenever the plugin is activated, my shop won’t show the price of the different variations whenever I select a different colour or a different size.
If I deactivate Stripe, the prices will show just fine.

    Can you please help?

    Thanks

    What is the error?

Hello. To be honest, I don’t know. I am no WP genious. I did ask the Themeco people about the issue and they told me it’s because of a Java issue with Stripe.
If I deactivate the plugin it works. When it’s active it doesn’t. I obviously need Stripe.
Where would I see what the error is?

Ok that error means you cannot use Stripe. Because Stripe requires your site to have SSL certificate. If you want to get the SSL certificate, you need to speak with your hosting provider.

I see. But my site has SSL certificate…

Perhaps you didn’t turn it on for your shop pages?

Ok I was missing a plugin. Now it works! Thanks!

I just checked your site now and it seems you just turned it on? Before there were no SSL. Now there is and I don’t see the error you mentioned anymore.

Hi! yes, I had the SSL certificate but I was missing a plugin to “activate” the plugin in my site, now it works. Apologies for the inconvenience and thanks so much for your quick reaction!
