Request personal data – doesn’t receive any email.

    I know it says that “We will send you email in 48h”, I tried it this morning and still haven’t gotten any email. Only been wating for a couple of minutes. When I ordered a product I got conformation at once so the “send email”- function on the page is working.

    Hi,

    I checked your website, but I couldn’t find the problem.
    Can you tell me which theme you’re using?
    Can you install WP Mail Logging and check if the mail is sent?

    Using a child theme from Storefront.

    WP Mail logging shows that the email i sent, but it shows an error icon: Invalid adress (setfrom) wordpress@_

    So i guess that’s the problem.

    I used the Mail Logging to view the email.

    I clicked the link to see the information registrered on me, after buying a product), but it sees to only show comments, which where none. Is that correct?

    Yes, this is correct.
    The plugin supports the core WordPress features.
    We’re working on add-ons to make support plugins. The first add-on is for Gravity Forms (see: https://wp-gdpr.eu/add-ons/gravity-forms/ ). One of the next add-ons will be to support WooCommerce.
