    I am Creating Online marketplace with dokan Lite. all Are Going Good, But I face a Great Problem. My Vendor can’t Edit Products From Their Dashboard.

    How can I solve This problem

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

    There are many ways to get information you need and accessing the user’s site is not one of them. That’s going too far.

    You get the idea.

    Volunteer support is not easy. But these forums need to a safe place for all users, experienced or new. Accessing their system that way is a short cut that will get you into real trouble in these forums.

    I am really sorry for this circumstance on behalf of @roshni07. Actually, this thread creator was a free user and our intention was to solve his issue quickly and what roshni07 said is not what she should’ve been saying. Yes, I totally agree with you and from next time our all the support staff will maintain the rules and regulation of www.remarpro.com support forum more carefully.
