Privacy error when trying to navigate to site

    Hello! I can’t get into my site’s dashboard or even onto the site itself from Chrome browser. I can access the site using Internet Explorer, but with Chrome (which is my default browser), when I put in the web address I get redirected to a page with the error message “Your connect is not private”. This wasn’t happening last week and I’m not sure what caused it or how to fix it. Any assistance would be much appreciated!

    Thank you for contacting us and sorry for the issue you’re having with your SSL certificate.

    The reason behind the message you’re seeing when you try to access your website is quite simple actually – your SSL certificate expired on 16th of February.

    I’m sure that as soon as you renew it, the message will disappear. For that, you’ll need to contact your certificate issuer, which seems to be COMODO CA Limited.
