Can’t add page content or edit text on front page

  • Hello, I have some problems at the moment with editing the front page.

    When I want to add a page section through the manage page section the sections will show up in the customizer, but not on the site itself. I can also not edit the text (title/subtitle) in the header. I have tried de-activating the theme and reinstalling,but this did not work.

    At the moment I can only add content with plugins such as elementor, but I would like to use mesmerize features on the front page. Does anyone have an idea how I could fix this? Thank you in advance

    I found that the issue is with the Elementor plugin, but it worked fine until a few hours ago with the Elementor plugin. I am not sure why it suddenly stopped working.

    I have the same problem but i don’t have the Elementor plugin.
    suddenly the home page editor stop working. No way to add Section (you add but not appear in the frontend and are not saved) and no way to edit Text of previously added section (and hero text too).
    removed and reinstalled the theme, no effect

    Hi! I’ve got the same issue facing it after a few hours of working on a website with Mesmerize and than suddenly I wasn’t able to edit text on the front page and add or manage sections they just disappeared in the left menu. I turned off all the scripts even though I had not installed them before the issue came up, but unfortunately it didn’t work. I have no idea what to do… Any suggestions?

    Just turned off plugin which called “MotoPress Content Editor Lite” and everything works fine.

    We have tested Mesmerize theme front-end editor with active Content Editor plugin of latest version and could not replicate the issue you described. It worked without conflicts. Make sure you use up to date version of MotoPress Content Editor plugin (2.5.2 at the moment). Thank you
