I can log in but other admin can’t

  • A friend of mine asked me to set up a custom theme for her a while ago, I did and now have access to her admin, and have done some housekeeping for her (deleting spam, fixing odd posts, weird code, etc.). She upgraded to 2.7 and is now not able to log in. I can log in just fine. I told her to clear her cache, delete her cookies, try another computer. I changed her password, deleted her user name and gave her a new one, gave her my user name and password, but nothing works. She’s tried on 3 different computers. I have no trouble signing in with her or my user name and password. I’m stumped. Any ideas what could be causing this?

    My first guess would be that she doesn’t realize that the name and password are both case-sensitive.

    I explained that several times and she said she got it. It’s the only thing I could think of too. It’s weird, isn’t it? And I told her to delete all her cookies, to try a different browser. I can’t figure it out.
