Shipping information in mails

  • Hi!

    I have a question. I am using the Woocommerce Shipping and Tax plugin to create and generate shipping labels.
    The documentation provided by that plugin shows that, when the order is marked as completed, in the same email, is included the tracking information. However, I am not sure if using the Kadence email customizer plugin, the customers are going to be able to see that tracking information, so, is compatible this plugin with that one mentioned before?

    The Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer doesn’t claim to be compatible with the plugin you mentioned. Unfortunately, I haven’t had a chance to try it. Have you tried it to see if it works? If not, we could see if there is a way to make them compatible.

    I haven’t be able to test it, so if we can make sure if is compatible or not it would be great

    Hi @galokin,

    This plugin only works for standard WooCommerce emails. You would need to reach out to the support team at the Woocommerce Shipping and Tax plugin and ask them to add a hook for this plugin.
