    Hello
    I am testing out eCommerce WD (non-commercial). Looks good so far, but in Options the selected options are not saved. Nothing much seems to happen when I click Apply, and when I reload the page all the original selections are there. I click on Apply at every tab. I have added only one product for this test. What am I missing?

    Hi,

    The cause of the problem is most probably a conflict with another plugin.

    Could you please,try to deactivate all your other plugins, except eCommerce WD and see whether the options will be saved?
    If the problem will not be occurring, please activate plugins one by one and check eCommerce WD simultaneous, to find which one is causing the issue.

    I had another shopping plugin active, and as soon as I deactivated that (it was the obvious to start with) the options worked. Thanks a lot!
