Contact Form 7 Select Recipient

    Hello, I have made a contact form with a drop down menu where the user can select who they want to send their message to. When I go Edit Contact Form > Mail, and try to type [recipient] in the “From” field, it says “Invalid mailbox syntax is used.”

    How do I fix this?
