We recommend you use focus keywords instead to optimize your posts and pages.

Кроме вашего google есть еще поисковые системы. Сделайте возможность выбора включения meta-keyword, кому нужно включат.

– Baidu, the chinese government controlled search engine still uses meta keywords: meta-keyword-tag-a-factor-in-Baidu
– Yandex, the Russian search engine controlled by Poutine still uses keywords: google is not alone

So, yes, the keyword meta tag is still relevant if you live in Russia or China. If Yoast SEO doesn’t want to integrate these markets, that’s fine there are other plugins available ??

LOL about control, Yandex belongs to the Americans, the American founders

FYI: Although most of its assets are in Russia, the company is incorporated in the Netherlands.
Mr. Arkady Volozh is the Founder of Yandex N.V. and has been its Chief Executive Officer since 2000. This deosn’t sound American name to me.
Being on the NASDAQ market doesn’t make you an American company.
