Custom fields translation doesn’t work

Hi,
Sorry for my english.
I don’t know why, but in my case the custom fields aren’t translated. Hope you can help because your plugin seems to be very usefull if it works!

I have set the custom fields to translate in the Manage menu. I’m 100% sure of the name of the custom fields because I verify in the database.
All the content page is in one custom field, from the theme.
I also request the translation of 3 others from yoast plugin.

I upload the original page with lingotek plugin, request a translation (machine) and dowload the new page.
Only the title is translated.

I write a month ago to lingotek support but no answer since now.
I just try again but the problem is still there.

I cannot send a link (“Link to the page you need help with:”) because now the content is not published.
I also try with published content but not working either.
