Blank after Install

Hi there,

I am trying to enable users to upload their own videos, this looks like the perfect tool for it. However, after installing the plugin — all of the sub menu pages (“Record Video”, “Embed Video Recorder”, “Recorded Videos”, and “Setup”) for Pipe Video are completely blank — you can see in this screenshot, so I can’t do anything. Any thoughts? I tried on both Chrome and Safari.
