Importing zipped txt files daily

Hello:
I am searching for a way to set up and transfer a few Real Estate listing pages (update daily). I receive the zipped .txt files daily. I am at a loss to find easiest way to incorporate into Tablepress.

I have attempted to download all available tables and tried to reformat without success.
– I need for pages to be presented vertically with one property per page.
– I have to remove many unnecessary columns.
– I have attempted to download additional plugins and to insert additional code and have page alight vertically and nothing seems to work.

I find that your plugin as so much to offer but it is not user friendly enough for someone like me who has no programming knowledge.

Any insights or available instructions anywhere to help me out? I tried searching Google and Youtube but everything is about setting up brand new tables.
