free / paid client listing

    Is it possible to make it that when clients do a listing on my site that they pay me (the host or site owner) or at least have a option for free listing and paid listing and free with restrictions like no map and email and all there contact forms go to me instead
    or is there such function if so can someone put me on the correct track to config this
