Make Offer not working on site duplicate with WP 4.9.4

  • @vickistep, Well, I’m using this with my test site and is working fine with the latest version of WP and WC, so something unique is with the test site case, it could be stock management settings.
    Please check if that product stock is available or sold or you have something else setup.

    May be you can switch to basic WP theme then see if you still see the same problem.
    Also, try by creating a new product with stock available then see if you still get the same popup?

    Please check those and see what you got?
