change format of links on entire website

    I don’t know any CSS. How do I change the color of my links in the text on my pages? I assume I need to add some sort of code to my CSS editor? The links should be this color and underlined: #a82138.

    My site is in maintenance mode right now. Let me know if I need to change it.
