interface not complete

Hi, I have installed WP Google Maps on my site but it does not work. After installation and after entering the generated and accepted API key, all the useful menu items are not displayed on the setting page. The default map does not appear in the list so I can not change it. Here are the links to the screenshots of my computer. The theme used is twenty seventeen and those in the picture are the installed plug-ins. Thanks for your help.
