Not able to add employee

    When I attempt to add employees, it redirects to a blank page. I have attmpted to use the advice on one of the other threads by replacing the code but this does not work and I have reverted back to the original code.
    I have installed this plugin on a fresh WordPress install (with loginizer as the only other installed plugin)
