Cannot edit Hero banner

    Hello,

    I have the Storefront theme with the Powerpack add-ons and set up a Hero slider on my homepage https://www.wallstreetstudio.co.uk.

    This week I have gone to change it and I cannot see where to do it, I am sure last time there was a ‘Hero’ tab in the customiser?

    I have the latest version of WordPress, with all themes and plugins up to date, but this has really confused me!

    I would appreciate some help on this.

    Hi @wallststudio – I’ve just tried installing the latest version of the parallax hero and it shows up in the customizer without problem:

    If that’s not the case for you, you can open a ticket at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Ticket, since you’re a paying customer.
