Yith plugin stopped working | PDF view page is bla(n)ck

  • Hi there,

    I have suddenly been confronted with a none-working YITH WooCommerce PDF Invoice and Shipping List plugin!!

    At some point the plugin just stopped working and i can not exactly say when.

    When i click on the “view pdf” button i see a black page with in the middle a small spash screen with text: Error! Could not load PDF document

    At the moment i am using:
    Woocommerce version 3.2.6
    Wordpress version 4.9.4.
    Divi Theme(elegantthemes.com) version 3.0.9
    And i have just update the YITH WooCommerce PDF Invoice and Shipping List plugin to version 1.2.0

    Does anyone have any idea what’s going wrong here and what to look into?

    Could you update the plugin to the last version 1.2.1 and try again. The problem should be fixed with this version.

    Hi YIThemes,

    Sorry for my late reaction. I didn’t receive an email so i didnt know about youre respond. I will check in more often from now on.

    I am sorry to inform you that the update did not change anything.
    After updating the plugin i clicked the Create an invoice button.
    This created a blank page with the warning “This page is not working”

    And clicking on the view invoice button is still showing a black page with in the middle a small splash screen with text: Error! Could not load PDF document.

    Please tell me which info you need to get a better idea of the problem.
