Cart broken since 2.1.7

Cart view since 2.1.7 has been jacked up.
I’ve tried several different themes over several different WP versions.
JS v2.1.7 seems to be the only workable version.
I recently updated to JS 2.1.10 on Amadeus – Jigoshop
Still the same cart view that follows

This has happened since 2.1.7 through 2.1 10.
I’ve used jigoshop themes just tested, same thing.
