Blog post being limited to 6 per page also no pg 2

    I bought THE ENTERTAINER and used it to build my website…so far I am liking it, but on my POST page…it is allowing only 6 post per page even though in settings I have it set at 10….also at bottom of page there is a link for a PAGE 2…but when you click on it it says page not found…can you help rectify?
