I’m running WP 4.9.3 with the latest version of the plugin on an Apache server running php 5.6.33. I have created my application on LinkedIn and I’m a page administrator for my company. Our blog is on a subdomain of our main site.

When I click the authorize button and get to the page to authorize the app then click that link, I get a white page with this message:

Sorry, your request cannot be accepted.

There is only a link back to the dashboard. No other info is available. I have tried this multiple times and have deleted and created new applications on LinkedIn with the same result. Can you please help diagnose and fix this issue? What other info do you need from me to help with this?

Yes, I have made sure I have the correct URLs. Tried numerous times. What’s weird is I get the exact same page even if I click the cancel button on the authorize page. Links below will take you to the actual page.

Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.
