    Hi,

I’m trying to help someone who is getting the message “Sorry, Couldn’t Find Any Pinnable Things On This Page” when she tries to Save one of her website images to her Pinterest account.

(I attached the screenshot of the message above – not sure if you can open it.)

She seems to be the only person having this issue. Everyone else who goes to her site can click on the Red Save button and pin images to Pinterest without any issue.

    Her website is:https://ireadlabelsforyou.com/

I’ve asked her to clear her browsers caches and restart her system – but it’s still happening.

Just wondered if you’ve seen this before and if there is a “fix” for it. Since I cannot recreate the problem – and none of my testers are having issues with it – I’m just not sure what to do for her.

    Thank you ??

    Hi,

The Client is saying that this is now just happening when she uses Safari.

When she clicks on the Save Button on an image – it brings up a blank screen with the words “Sorry – Couldn’t Find Any Pinnable Things On This Page.”

I’m attaching an image of the message she is seeing:

    NothingToPin.png

I am unable to replicate this on Safari when I use it to navigate around her website – so I am at a loss as to what might be causing this message to pop up for her but not for me (or any of my testers.)

If this was a conflict with another plugin or with her theme – then I’m certain I would experience the same issue that she is having.

The plugin has been in place for a couple of years and has always worked perfectly.

Has this plugin had conflicts with the Safari browser recently? Or is there something I need to do to make sure it works correctly with Safari?

    Thank you ??
