Tags showing on blog page

    I am using Theme 2016 and am having difficulty with the tags showing up on my viewers’ blog page (SEE link or attached image). When I type in “compliance”, for example, it shows the date, tags and categories (behavior, early childhood, etc.) below. How can I get hide these tags. Does anyone else have this problem? Thank you!
