Multiple Discounts

When setting up a gallery to automatically apply a discount at flat $ amount, and then giving the client an additional discount at a flat $ amount the discounts are not adding, or the second discount that is manually entered by the client is not applied. Both discounts are checked to apply to the gallery and are not limited to exclusive use, or to one time use.
