CDN function with stackpath = not working

CDN maxcdn settings is not configured with Stackpath. Could you add stackpath as a cdn so that it’s possible to use your plugin with CDN?

We have not switched to another plugin due to the issues we had with w3 and that we can’t use stackpath together with w3tc
