    Hi ya,
    So I’m experimenting with WSDesk and it seems quite good.

    But I have a multi-site setup. I can configure and use WSDesk on the master site. But on the secondary one I can’t configure or make any changes.

    On the secondary site, WSDesk is basically unconfigured.

    But when I go to create a Status or Tag, it lets me get through the process, and displays the message that it has succeeeded in creating the Status or Tag, but they simply aren’t there in the lists.

    The user i’m using is a full admin superuser on the sites. I notice that in the Agents section, my user is shown as having no capabilities. Which seems weird. But even if I add Supervisor capabilities to the user, I still can’t add statuses or tags.

    I was told a while back that this plugin supports multisite…

    This issue is solved in the latest version 1.4.4 Please update the plugin to the latest version.

    Hey ya. I tried uninstalling, then reinstalling, and that seemed to work.

    Although now there are a number of rouge capabilities related to WSDesk that don’t have a role, that are showing up in the Roles page. (I have the Members plugin installed in order to be able to control roles)

    If I wanted to start with a completely clean slate (ie. No WSdesk information left over anywhere) how would I do that. SO I can be 100% sure I’m starting from a clean slate.

    • Delete the database tables related to WSDesk.
    • Use the following query to delete some other records: DELETE FROM wp_options WHERE option_name LIKE ‘%wsdesk%’; assuming your wordpress table prefix is ‘wp’
    • Configure all your sites and then reinstall WSDesk.
