    Is it possible to use {{customer.firstname}} in the subject line of abandoned cart emails? That would really help personalize these.

    Hi,

    Thank you for sharing your requirements with us.

    In our Abandoned Cart lite plugin, currently, it is not possible to use merge tag in the subject. Merge tag will not be replaced with the customer name in the subject.

    And recently we do not have planned to add this feature in the LITE version. As it is available in the PRO version. We are providing two merge tags {{customer.firstname}} or {{product.name}} to include the Customer First Name and Product name in the Subject Line.
