    Hi,

    a) Does adminimize work on WordPress multisite installations?

    b) how safe would it be to uninstall the plugin? Would it mess in anyway the users’ capabilities or will it restore the default ones?

    c) is the plugin being actively developed/updated? I don’t want to use a solution that will be deprecated soon.

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi.

a: A little bid. I mean the context is hard. Each site in the network have the chance to get different items, menus, areas and more. Adminimize read the items on a login of an Administrator and create the options. If you activate the plugin network wide, all options are stored in one option entry for each site. So if you logged in in the site there have all! plugins, areas from themes etc. so you should get all options in Adminimize for all areas, items. If not, you should active in each site and as start for settings use ex/import of the options.

b: the plugin don’t change users, roles, capabilities. The plugin hide areas for roles, not more. if you deactivate the plugin, all is on default.

    c. Yes, see https://github.com/bueltge/Adminimize/
I will also rewrite the plugin, if you or others will help – see this branch https://github.com/bueltge/adminimize/tree/refactor

Is there any possibility to get Super ADmin and Admin as different roles?

I would like to have Super admin as it is, but I want to restrict access to some functions to subsites Admin.

    Thanks
