    I have 2 issues

    1. The first drop down menu is putting the expansion arrow a line down for some reason
    2. The fly out menu is going off the visible screen

I have no idea how to fix the first issue. I played with many width settings, but nothing worked.
The second issue, I tried Sub Menu Align to Left edge of Parent, but it still opens to the right.

    Hi Jinston,

    1. The setting you need to use is under Mega Menu > Menu Themes > Flyout Menus > Flyout Menu Width. If that is not being applied, please can you disable/clear any caching/cdn/minification plugins? If it still does not work (and this applies to point 2, too), I think your theme must be applying it’s own styling to MMM. In this case please check this article: https://www.megamenu.com/documentation/removing-residual-styling/

    2. For this you would need to set the sub menu align on the Support item to “Right Edge of Parent”

If you still have problems please post a link to your site. I am away at the moment (working from a hotel) but will take a look when I get some time.

    Regards,
    Tom

    #2 worked.

For problem 1, the theme I am using does not look like the link you gave. I am using Cryout’s Kahuna theme. I tried removing everything in header.php referring to the navigation menu and adding

    <?php wp_nav_menu( array( ‘theme_location’ => ‘primary’, ‘menu_class’ => ‘nav-menu’ ) ); ?>

but that dropped the menu below the header and still had the same 2 line problem.

I tried adjusting width and height, but nothing worked.

I tried hiding the arrow and that seems to solve the problem. I am not sure if it is Mega Menu or Kahuna Theme, but something is causing the left and right arrows to have a very large width.

    Hi jinston,

Please could you post a link to your site so I can take a look?

I am developing it offline with InstantWP. Even when I set the width to a ridiculous number like 500px it would still drop the arrow to a 2nd line.

So are you not able to replicate or you do see a similar issue? Ooops, ignore this, wrong post!

    Hi Jinston,

I’ll need to debug it in my own browser. Please let me know once it’s online and I will take a look.

    Hi Tom,

I have uploaded it to a free server with the arrow enabled.

    hi Jinston,

    Thanks.

The arrow isn’t being pushed down for me – is this what you’re seeing? https://screencast.com/t/WQ5btmPFDXgR

There are some issues with Kahuna though, which may be causing strange behaviour. Please can you try this? https://www.megamenu.com/documentation/kahuna/

Also remember you currently have the Flyout Menu Width set to 50px, but it needs to be more like 150px.

    Tom

    Hi Tom,

I tested the site with Internet Explorer 10, Edge, Chrome, Opera, and Firefox. It seems the problem is exclusive to Firefox.

I will try the fixes in the link and update you.

    Thanks,
    Jinston

The child-theme has fixed the arrow issue in Firefox.
