Abandon cart not working?

Hi,

Ive recently been trying to set up my abandon cart for an ecommerce shop.

The plugin syncs with my shop ok. The abandon cart options on mailchimp are set up ok with time delay and design etc, but then nothing sends? Ever?

I’ve tried this by going through the process myself and I’ve never received one email.

I’ve deleted the plugin, re installed it and re synced with mailchimp but still doesn’t work

I’ve removed the abandoned cart automation and re-added it but still doesn’t work.
