    Hello, I am using woocommerce and booster plus plugin for courses and seminairs booking.

    I need to have for each ordered “product” special fields in checkout page.

    Here is screen how does it looklike today :https://snag.gy/9jD7P8.jpg

    But i need to repeat this form if someone order mor seminairs at once.

    Have you any idea what plugin would be suitable?
