    sounds like there might be a problem with the plugin.
    do you have access to the webhosting account connected to your website?

    Hi Lisa.

    There was a “virus” associated with FB pixel that we placed on the website 5 months ago. (according to the dude who helped build the site).

    All sorted now. I am finding out more info now.

    Thanks for the support!

    How did you fix it Conrad?

    Because the same thing is happening to our site: https://disruptfitnessevent.com/

    And I have other sites using that particular plugin.

    Hi @jaimiebougie.,

    Just disable this plugin via “facebook-conversion-pixel” then you can access your dashboard

    Thanks

    Thanks @rajanit2000. I’m assuming that means I have to figure out how to FTP into the site to do that, since I can’t access the wp-admin, right? I’m not the web master for this site, so I have to figure out if the site owner even knows his FTP info.

    I have multiple other sites using this plug-in. Is this going to happen to those as well?

    Disregard that last question, @rajanit2000. I was able to FTP in and just delete out the folder from the plug-ins folder.

    @conradlangridge and @rajanit2000 – do you know if I can reinstall that plugin, or do I need to find a different one? Will this happen on all my other sites as well?

    @jamiebougie

    Not sure yet. I am yet to add this back in. If you work out the best solution please do share.
