Register Plus regplus verification 403 and 404 error

    Version 2.7.1
    I am able to login using the existing accounts and login.php without probllems.

    I’v installed the latest version of Registration Plus. The verification email is sent out correctly.

    The verification link included in the email is:
    Confirm Registration: https://mysubdomain.mydomain.com/wp-login.php?regplus_verification=88mab0702d19kdf46ea24ej3i5&redirect_to=https://mysubdomain.mydomain.com

    This generates the following 403 error.

    Forbidden
    You don’t have permission to access /wp-login.php on this server.

    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    I’ve check the permission on login.php 644 and raised the permission without any resolution.

    Any help of suggestions would be very much appreciated.

  • Did you ever get this resolved? I’m seeing the same thing when trying to setup RegisterPlus.
