Unable to Find GTIN Field

  • Found that you have to put a GTIN in and update a product before you can see the _gtin attribute on the plugins options page. Thanks for the plugin.

    Yes, that’s something we need to fix. In order to avoid querying all the postmetas for products every time you refresh the page, we’re storing it in transients. So, first use the GTIN field that we’ve added to the product page, then clear transients, then view the plugin settings page again, and _gtin should be there.

    Your other attempt at using attributes also won’t work, but it’s on our to-do list.

    Thank you for this plugin.

    But I have the same issue, but even after adding GTIN numbers to my products, the GTIN field isn’t visible in the dropdown.
    I also tried to desinstall/reinstall the pluging.

    Have you got a solution please?
