    Hi @farah922!

Looking at the HTML on that page, it does not appear to be the output from [ecs-list-events] shortcode. It may be a shortcode provided by your theme, in which case the theme author will need to diagnose why the events aren’t being displayed.

What is the exact shortcode you are using on that page?

Hi Brian thanks for getting back to me! This is a screenshot of the code I put in https://www.nyc.youmiyat.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/01/error-with-site.jpg

But I have also gotten the same website format with the general [esc-list-events] and other configurations/variations.

Kindly advise. Thank you so much

    Hi @farah922,

    No problem on the reply!

Since the output is not what is normally generated by the shortcode (ie. I’m seeing things like ecae-button ecae-buttonskin-none which is not in our code at all), either a) there’s another plugin or your theme modifying the output or b) the plugin The Events Calendar Shortcode itself has been modified.

You can determine if another plugin or the theme is causing the issue with the following steps:

    1. Ensure you have a backup of your site in case there are any issues when disabling/enabling plugins or your theme
    2. Disable all plugins (except your calendar plugin and this plugin), and switch to a default theme like Twenty Sixteen then verify the issue is resolved
    3. Re-enable your plugins and switch back to your previous theme one by one verifying if the issue is still occurring, and note which one causes it to break

If not resolved by step 2, try deleting The Events Calendar Shortcode under Plugins, then re-installing it under Plugins then “Add New” to make sure it’s a “clean” and unmodified version of the plugin.

    Thanks!
