• Dear developers,

    Thanks for the great plugin, first of all. It’s a great solution to improve protection against automated hacking, as well to whitelabel the WordPress code.

    However, we’ve come across a struggle as of the latest version of your plugin. We believe that WP Hide is causing WooCommerce to save products slowly.

    It takes about 20 seconds for a product to save. In attempt to solve this problem, we duplicated the production website on the same server, disabling plugins one by one and testing whether the speed has improved. We concluded that WP Hide is causing the WC performance issues.

    If you have any suggestion on what might be a viable solution, we’d like to know as soon as possible. Our clients aren’t amused; having to wait too long to update or create a product causes quite some frustration over time.

    Hi Thierry,
    We are not aware of such issue, either can’t replicate the issue on our environment. Can you try to disable all other plugins and play a bit with WP Hide options? (e.g. turn off some).
    If still no luck, i suggest to ask for more help at plugin website.

    Hi Tdgu,

    Thanks for the reply, first of all.
    Came across another issue though; all the fields under the ‘plugins’ tab are empty!

    However, when I try to edit them; I do get the message that there are duplicate entries, like ‘apps/contact’ for example. Although everything’s empty, I still get a message telling me one of them is already using ‘apps/contact’.

    Beside, no settings under the plugins settings are being saved.

    This is all on the ‘rewrite’ page.

    Could you help me out please?

    I’ll try downgrading in version, as previously everything worked fine.
