In which folder the PDFs are created?

Weird, that generally means that the invoice could be generated without any problem. Would you go to the invoice designer and hit preview. Just to see if the preview display the invoice correctly.

Err, sorry i couldn’t reproduce the issue =S, could you create a ticket at https://rednao.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new and send me an screenshot of your order? I will try to replicate the order and see if i get the blank invoice as well.
