Problems with “Submit”
-
Hi,
I have been using Watu Quiz for several months now and didn’t encounter any problems, but today when I tested a new quiz the following problem has arisen:
At the last question, after pressing the submit button, instead of checking the answers, Watu tries to load the next questions and is caught in a loop since there is no next question (see screenshot here).
I checked the settings and found the option “The selected quizzes will NOT use Ajax when users submit them.”
By checking this option the problem is partially solved:
After pressing the submit button, for a short time the text “question 6 of 5” is shown, while the Final screen is loading.
After the Final Screen is loaded the page jumps to the top of the page (it is necessary to scoll down to the Final Screen)..In order you can reproduce the problems here are 2 links to my quizzes:
– Quiz with “NOT use Ajax…” checked
– Quiz with “NOT use Ajax…” uncheckedAs already stated I never had any problems so far and never had to use the “selected quizzes will NOT use Ajax when users submit them” option, but last week I made several changes on my site, which could possibly be involved in the described problem:
– I migrated from http to https
– I updated the theme, wordpress and Watu quiz
– I use the plugin Autoptimize in order to optimize HTML, Javascript and CSS
– I use Comet CacheIs it somehow possible to get the old quiz-behavior back?
Thanks in advance! The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
