Wrong share numbers after switching to SSL
-
Hi,
I recently migrated my site from http to https.
Everything went smoothly and I use now the option “Cumulate Http(s) Shares”, what works fine for most of my articles.
But on 3 articles the facebook graph had some problems with the shares, it showed the exact same number of shares for the http and for the https address.
This problem was solved after scraping the site again in the fb-debugger:https://graph.facebook.com/?id=https://www.catchbudapest.com/35-reasons-to-learn-hungarian/ :
Now it shows 0 for shares for the https-address, what is correct (but before the re-scraping in the fb-debugger it was 198 also for https-address)
https://graph.facebook.com/?id=https://www.catchbudapest.com/35-reasons-to-learn-hungarian/ :
198 shares on https (what is correct)But the share counter on my site still shows the incorrect 396 shares (also in Custom Fields the wrong number is shown), so basically the counter still uses the fb-graph values before the re-scraping.
Is there another way to refresh the Mashshare counter on my site?
The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
