Unable to translate any strings not in plugin settings

  • Hello,

    It is not possible to translate any of the plugin text, which is not available for translation directly within the plugin settings. Normally “Loco Translate” can handle this, but for some reason none of these other strings when translated will appear translated on the front end of the website.

    Can you possibly help ASAP on this?

    Thanks to the advise of plugin author, I have moved the po / mo files in the following forlder: wp-content/languages/plugins and now translations are working.

    If you are using Loco Translate, please make sure the files are not in the following folder or translations will not work: wp-content/languages/loco/plugins

    However time will tell if future updates of the plugin will overwrite the files in this location!

    Oops I was wrong. There seems to be some strings which are not translated, even though I have correctly translated and uploaded the po and mo files.

    I am trying to resolve this with author. If I get a solution will write back here.
