Not Sending Email

I have two issues (both involved final email not being sent.)

I’m using MailPoet3 (MP3) Sending method:
* Email test works fine from setup,
* email is sent properly when in preview of newsletter or welcome letter,
* your MP3 opt-in email is sent correctly,
* and new user is being put in right List when filling out the MP3 form and CF7 form on site.

1. I have a number of lists. I’m using Contact Form 7 (CF7) with the New Integrations plugin. (Add-on Add-on Contact Form 7 – Mailpoet 3: Version 1.1.0 )

I have them connected. So when I fill out CF7 form, it puts the person in the MP3 list and sends the MP3 opt-in email but not the MP3 Newsletter I made (it is not “scheduled” in setup). Does it not send the email (MP3 Newsletter) automatically when someone subscribes to list (as MP2 did)?

2. I have made a Newsletter and used your MP3 form subscribing to the List as a new user.

When I fill your MP3 list out; it puts email address in the right list, is sends MP3 opt-in email out but after replying to opt-in email it never sends MP3 Newsletter. I have also designed a MP3 Post Notifications email too for the Subscription MP3 form and put selected in the setup to “send immediately”. It is not working…doing the same thing as above.
