Form function not working properly

I am using the Ultimate Member plug in. I created an “Apply Now” registration form and enabled the option that a user must be signed in before applying for a job. However, when I sign out to test to make sure it works, some of the jobs show the restriction and ask me to sign in to apply, while others bypass the restriction and bring the form up right away. ALSO, some of the job listings won’t even show the Apply Now button!

To make matters worse, I have paid for the Ultimate Member, but I believe my former webmaster has it registered under his name. I have the registration key to prove it is in fact paid. Is there a way to see what email my account is set up under, and can ownership be transferred?
