Stopped working, no answer from support

  • Looked good and I was so happy! But after my second test after having it active for a while it did not work. support seems never to be live in the Live chat they ask you to use and doesn′t respond to email submitted through the same channel when offline.

    Hi,

    If Live chat seems to be off-line , you can always go for the wordpress forums.
    Chat is an additional feature for the quick support but we cannot be online everytime.

    Anyways , Would you please mention your issue here.
    Kindly mention your website link too.
