Video Sound Keeps Playing After Pop Up is Closed

    I embedded a video into the main content box of my pop up using the “add media” button. It works perfectly in the pop up, except I noticed that if someone chooses to X out of the box, instead of clicking the button, the box & video disappear, but the sound from the video continues to play until you leave or refresh the page.

    Any ideas on what I can do to keep this from happening? Thanks!

    I’ve been instructed to remove the video because of time constraints on getting the pop up finalized. The issue is worth looking into but I can’t offer my page as an example as it will be changing. My apologies.
