Contact Form 7 :: Viewing drop down results in email?

I need some assistance. I am using Contact Form 7 on my site and I can’t get drop down menu results or my phone number result to appear in the emails that come to me? Other text fiends such as name, email, city, zip code, appear just fine but drop down and telephone won’t.

In my settings, under message body, this is what I have:

I created an option and it gave me a code to copy and paste. I can’t figure out what’s wrong. I’ve written the developer of the code about a week ago and can’t get a response. Any help would be greatest appreciated.
