Sticky Primary Menu and underscore color control

you need to use custom menu in wp-admin->appeareance->menus->location->primary menu for the color to work.
each color can be assign with their own page, like if you edit category, you will see the color option, same goes for pages.

Thank you for the sticky codes. I’m sorry I still can’t find anywhere to assign colors to the Primary menu items. So let me to just make sure I’m following the instructions correctly.

First, what I’m hoping to do is to assisgn different color to the underscore of each menu item in the Primary Menu.

When I tried to go to
wp-admin->appeareance->menus->location->primary menu

when at wp-admin->appeareance->menus->

I saw 2 tabs, Edit Menus and Manage Locations,

I clicked on Manage Locations, then saw Top menu, Primary menu, Footer Menu and Mobile Menu, and the Assigned Menu to each of them.

Then i clicked on the Edit link of Primary Menu, that only took me to the Edit Menu page for the menu assigned to Primary Menu, but still nowhere anywhere here or in the entire process could I see any things that would let me assign color to the underscore of each item on the Primary Menu. Am I missing out anything here?

try edit the category that you have in custom menu. example wp-admin->posts->category->your category->edit color

Just found the color selector on the upper right hand cornore of each page’s editor.

Found another issue just now. The sticky primary menu would get stuck with the content at the top of some pages whenever I scroll down then back up again. If yours looks the same as mine, you’ll see that on all the post category loop pages.

any live site i can check?

Today as I continued to work on my site, for some reason, the problem suddenly went away. I don’t know what happened but they seem fine now. Thank you for follow up. Hopefully it won’t come back again.
