Drop Down Menus Not WOrking

I installed and activated Speed Booster, and went to the front page of the plugin where the drop downs are located to access the Still Need More Speed? drop down. Unfortunately, none of them will drop for me. My mouse changes on hover, but pressing the down arrows (or anywhere else) does nothing. Any thoughts?

EDIT: I also just noticed that the drop down menus in the admin sidebar are malfunctioning where hovering over them won’t make the drop down options appear (I have to click on the main link to make them appear, but then I’m sent to that main page). No where else on my admin panel is this happening
